It is some time ago that we started building the Office-House on the mainland. It was finally possible to visit the project and inspect the premises. We were very pleased indeed, with the result!
So, Thursday the 24th of November, we were able to hold our very first Board meeting locally.
The building contains the office of our local sister-foundation with archive and storage room. There is ample room for meetings and has a number of rooms for temporary housing for Jinack students, studying on the mainland.
The first two lady students; a student senior secondary high school and a nurse in training, are now living at these premises, together with the family of our local secretary.
New plans are in progress; momentarily we are investigating the possibilities to start a technical school on Jinack, to offer the kids further possibilities and business opportunities.
